Sage X3 is a Finance and operational management solution for Enterprise Market. Offering a powerful functionality that can be configured to meet every unique way of doing business. Its flexibility supports complex organisational deployment and reporting structures, simplifying management across multiple facilities, companies or business units, regions and countries.

After 20 years on the market, X3 becomes outdated, legacy code jeopardises all future evolutions and needs to be transformed in order to adapt to a constantly changing environment and meet the expectations of their customers, creating a unique experience and a distinctive value proposition.

Solution

To achieve this we started an intensive UX Research process for the main functions, intensifying our relationship with customers and partners through co-creation workshops and bringing a brand new Customer Centric experience.
